Shahnawaz Kamal is presently working as a Lecturer in
the Department of Tourism & Hospitality Management, World University of
Bangladesh (WUB) for over 5years. He joined there in May 2, 2015 and since then
he has been working with utmost devotion and sincerity as he apply interactive
method of teaching considering students questions carefully to answer them and
to encourage them . He has successfully achieved his BBA and MBA (regular) from
University of Dhaka which is very much prominent internationally and considered
as the best educational institution in Bangladesh. During his academic career
he used to participate in different voluntary works such as, winter cloth
distribution among the sufferers. Alongside with the voluntary tasks, he also
worked to promote Bangladesh tourism partnering with Banglalink, one of the
biggest telecommunication organizations of Bangladesh, where he was one of the
coordinators responsible to supervise operations. However, he didn’t limit
himself there. He was actively participated in sports and organized
departmental cultural programs. His passion for photography drives him to work
as a professional in the respective field where his achievements are
remarkable. Shahnawaz Kamal has an interest on research in the field of tourism
and hospitality management. He wants to explore perceptions and managerial effectiveness
of hotels, both nationally & globally . He attended different
workshops, seminars and conferences. For instance, sustainable development
goals and tourism; research methodology etc.
