Front Office Services Laboratory

This lab features a fully functional front desk setup and uses both the NICE Property Management System (PMS) and eZee FrontDesk, a widely-used PMS software in Bangladesh. These systems enable students to practice guest check-in/out, reservations, billing, and concierge services. The training is conducted by seasoned instructors with significant hotel management experience, ensuring real-world readiness in front office operations.
