Food and Beverage Service Laboratory

This lab includes fine dining setups, bar tools, service counters, and menu planning resources. It allows students to learn and practice service etiquette, table setting, wine and beverage service, and customer interaction. Instruction is led by faculty with experience in leading hotels and restaurants, ensuring students gain confidence in both casual and formal dining environments.
